"The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable!! The property was very expensive!!! Lots of outdoor amenities!! We used the outdoor tables & chairs in the pavilion area, for picnic lunches, walked on lots of paved walking trails, played on the pickleball courts, and had a wonderful bonfire one evening, on the property ."

"It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm. "

"Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. When we unloaded our stuff and opened up the sofa bed to get some rest it was completely full of dirt including dead bugs all over it. After seeing that we took a closer look and there was dirt all over the table he has there hanging off the wall. I spoke with him about it and sent him pictures and I asked him to cancel and refund and he told me ok I’m going to contact Expedia. I thought everything was good. A few days later I contact Expedia to see how the refund process is going and they tell me that he denied the refund. Overall a terrible experience. "
