"Staff was helpful, place was clean. Some confusion as to where the unit was as they manage multiple properties. It’s well run, I would stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely go back again. All the staff were super well mannered and courteous. The hotel is well located but the only thing many guests may find it confusing are the lifts where you need to take two sets of lifts to get to your room where the second set has two different sets depending on your floor. They did their best to provide guides, but when you arrived from a taxi you get dropped off at a level where you don't know where you are going as is a car park and it will be ideal to place more visible signs to direct new guests so they know which floor to take for the hotel lobby/check in.
The pool operating hours weren't clearly displayed at the gym where it closes very early at 6PM where most guests would had just got back to the hotel and would like to relax before heading out again. I would recommend they close the pool at 8pm at the latest in non winter months if possible."
"Great location! Took bus from airport for 3usd and was dropped off right in front. Staff was amazingly helpful and even did currency exchange for me. Hotel is nice with food hall and many eating options withing 5 mins walking distance. Staff upgraded my stay to a 4 bed but I was traveling solo. Can't complain about extra space in Asia!"
"Not my favourite hotel in Hong Kong. Extremely disappointed with my stay.
1) The rooms are not sound proof. I can hear next door showering n the kids rubbing outside the corridor.
2) The bathtub water is not hot.
3) The King size bed is just 2 single beds combined. You can’t sleep in the middle as it’s very uncomfortable. I’m against hotel selling rooms defined as King Size bed just by combining 2 single beds. Super misleading.
4) Only 1 glass bottle of water is provided throughout the stay and guests are expected to bring the bottle to the water dispenser to refill of needed. Not something I’m expecting from a 5 star hotels.
5) First hotel that I encountered that locked the cupboard to the mini bar. I can’t even Leo my purchased drinks cold."
"Positive:
Location, near by the airport/ good restaurants/great area if you enjoy shopping
(direct access to Moko shopping mall)
Easy get around to other areas with taxi or Mtr/bus services
The cleaning staff and the staff at the gym & swimming pool is the most friendly and helpful.
Negative:
Some of the staff at the front desk can be inconsistent, our experience staying at the hotel recently and before has been different each time. It’s a shame and hopefully can be sorted by training! Your establishment is only as good as your weakest link! I spoke to a staff member just before leaving this hotel, thank you for your efforts to correct matters, much appreciated!"
"The condition of the property was poor - not just dated but also not well maintained. Room amenities are basic, carpets ware stained/worn and the toilet did not flush well (toilet paper would go down). Wasn’t expecting that condition for the hotel rating or for the price paid.
I moved out the same night I checked in. On checking out, staff at front desk noticed that we had just checked in but did not bother to enquire the reason for leaving the same night. This is a different experience from other reviews that mention staff were extremely helpful. Staff are not rude - just indifferent.
Earlier engagement with reservation staff was extremely poor - making enquiries to confirm I would have a twin room (for non-couple, adult guests, needing separate beds) was consistently met with unhelpful blunt responses that it would not be confirmed until check in - from the start I didn’t feel welcome. This room was booked around Nov 25 for a stay in May ‘26. No other hotel I’ve booked has ever responded in that manner.
Travelling with an elderly parent and family, this hotel was not the last experience I wished for them remember, and hence had to move hotels.
The location is very good; popular with tour groups, and could suit anyone seeking a 3-star hotel. Other rooms may have been better than the ones I booked. The photos on Expedia seem older and not reflective of the current condition for the rooms I selected."
"Location is not the best but it depends on where you want to go. Staff were very helpful. Our shower room water didn’t drain fast enough to keep the shower floor clean, had to wash feet again when I got out."
"We checked in around 8pm, as soon as I walked in, I saw the mold on the wall which was next the AC vent. I called right away to ask for another room, we got to move to another one and they upgraded our room."
