"My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English "
"Very nice hotel - the room and spa were great! only downside is they don’t have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.
Music in the lobby was incredibly loud, very much a pity when you’re trying to relax… good thing our room was very large and comfortable. "

Bernard vous réserve un accueil chaleureux et nous a donné plein de conseils et recommandations pour visiter et pour manger. Le deuxième soir nous avons dîné sur place et Ta nous a régalé ! La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient très appréciés après la sortie du tour du lac. La chambre était belle et vue magnifique ! Rien à dire..allez y les yeux fermés !"

"This is one of the finest hotels I personally have stayed in. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, good access to city center, possibly their rooftop bar is the best view in town. Absolutely no problems and would stay here again. "

"This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great. "
