The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Room was very hard to cool. The desk is not staffed at night so if you have an issue there is no one there to help you, also check in ends at midnight and the doors are locked. The frigde had mold in it it was unplugged iy did wipe rite out but they didnt clean it b4 we enterd the room ther so much stuf stored under the stairs it looks terrable they just need to clean more
