Our first time in Seville and this hotel was perfect!! Very kind staff and close to everything. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Although we were in the city center the only thing we could hear were the bells from the Cathedral down the street.

The location was very central , walkable to the most of the tourism areas. Stuff were very responsive and helpful. But we saw ants in our room … and my kiddo had a few bug bits around her legs , not sure if there were other hidden bugs in the room ….other than that , it was a great experience

It’s a suite, so the room is “roomy” with a separate bedroom and a separate lounge room and a kitchennete. A few minutes walking from the Cathedral and all the historical sites. Along with the restaurants and shops.

The property has nor front desk which presents a challenge to the guests. I explain. When you get to the suites in Segovias 2 you cannot check in. You have to walk .4 miles through cobblestone to get to the ´front desk´ at Plaza Alfaro close to Plaza Santa Cruz. No easy walk particularly if you are carrying your luggage. that said, the property is super well located, it´s well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious and everything was operational. Great bed. Nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very good good TV service. Some noise during the night. Last but not least, is that every member of the staff we had contact with was extremely courteous and went overboard to provide us with great service. Even accounting the challenges I would go back.

The suite is as amazing and comfortable! Felt right at home! Maria was spectacular her customer service was superb. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked a flamenco show for us and the day of the check out it started raining and she even called to see if we would like a taxi to come to the door. It is a good hotel providing nice stay for travelers. If anything can improve, the room temperature adjustment set to lowest to16 c when weather got warm seemed an issue plus the fan was not run as good as expected. Otherwise all is good and we had a good time in the city.

The Suite itself is 5 star The Hotel Murillo is 5 star But as mentioned by others, the suites Cathedral are a walk from te Hotel were you check in. It is not fun to drag suitcases along crowded cobblestone streets. Check the location you book. The Hotel Murillo itself is perfect and the staff are wonderful. But be aware about the Suites Cathedral versus the Hotel versus their other Suites location.
