The location of the hotel is great. The amenities are also great there is everything you need and more. The straight access to the hotel lobby from the underground parking is amazing. There is also a taxi station right in front of the hotel which is very handy too.

Great location, great pool area that has views of back of Plaza de Espana. Rooms a little dated but I'm told they're refurbishing currently. Great cocktails at pool bar. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Near public transport and so many parks. The hotel itself spacious and welcoming. Staff are engaging and welcoming and try to help you whatever they can. Service at The level is impeccable. Will return again.

The only great thing about the hotel is that it’s walking distance to Plaza España. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The lobby is nice but the floors and rooms are very poor. They definitely need to renovate the hotel. The pool area and food at the restaurant was very good.

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony, staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with info on the surrounding areas.. The breakfast spread was really good as well:)

Very central location to key attractions. Hotel was clean. Breakfast is of good quality. Excellent staff. Would recommend to anyone coming to this lovely city.

The hotel, rooms and facilities were excellent. However, in the heat of Sevilla in June the walk to the old town and nearby metro and tram stations turned out to be more inconvenient than I expected. While I very much enjoyed my stay it was quite expensive for what it was.
