The staff upgraded us from a one bedroom apartment which was nice to a luxurious 3rd floor suite in another building directly across from the entry to the Alcazar. We loved it, absolutely immaculate and so convenient. Staff is excellent.

All The staff were amazing. The location is good because it’s within walking distance to everything. We loved that. However, there was a pub/restaurant just below our window and it was very loud. Didn’t quiet until 1 am. The rooms are advertised as sound proof walls. Definitely not. We could hear the conversation in the next room. There is no heat in this hotel. Just air conditioning. We were cold and asked for extra blankets. Which we did not get. Hair dryer broke. Remote control for tv broke.
