It is located in the Encarnacion area, a few meters from the main shopping streets in the city center and very close to the Metrosol Parasol (known as "Las Setas"). In addition, since the apartment is located in a quiet passage next to Santa Marta Square, it guarantees the safety and rest of our guests.The apartment is completely renovated and decorated in an elegant and modern line with the total well-being of its occupants in mind. It consists of an elegant living room with a 1.35 * 1.90 m sofa bed and a small balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the wonderful weather of Seville. In this same room we find the open kitchen, equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.The bedroom is exterior and has 2 single beds. The bathroom, spacious and with shower, is independent.The apartment is ideal for couples or families with small children who want to discover Seville comfortably from one of the most beautiful and central corners of the city.
