"The location of the apartment is on an island. When I was there nothing was going on on the island a lot of places were closed. My check in process did not go smoothly. The host Sandra is nice, the apartment is cute, cozy and clean and Apt. 1 has a partial ocean view. There are cats outdoors and Sandra’s dogs Cesar and Luna are adorable. There was an issue with the internet but Sandra’s son had it fixed in an hour. Also the shower is pretty small and not a ton of hot water for a good shower but...

Akademis Fit Split

Akademis Fit Split

10/10 Excellent
"rooms were very clean and well appointed. The shower was excellent. The buffet breakfast was included and excellent. All the staff was very helpful and cheerful. The beds are very firm, so that may be good or bad depending on how you like your mattress. Excellent wifi. the balcony view was blocked some by the storm shutter system, but we did have a partial view of the Marina. There are a few near-by restaurants and we had a car, but we did walk to old-town split which took about 25 minutes."
