"Most of our room (719) was destroyed. Carpet in front of the fridge was drenched and no one came to address it after it was mentioned. Sink based is cracked, shower does not drain and toilet takes several attempts to flush. Ice machine on that floor is not functional. Breakfast was inedible and no sighs to tell you what youre eating. Kids are allergic to meat and they have both been sick since trying 1 PC of this morning's eggs mush which we later found out had meat in it. Only non meat item was the concrete pancakes or stale cereal. Pool is dangerously slippery and we witnessed 2 children get injured in our hr in the freezing waters. Staff was fine but am not recommending the property to any of our friends and staying at our usual spot when in town."

"Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms look beautiful, but poor property maintenance. Things don't seem to get fixed or upgraded when they deteriorate. Elevators haven't been working well for a while. Toilet water pressure is awful. One of the mattresses was caving in. Lamp not working. Dining area under par."
