The pyjamas provided were not very comfortable. Why do they not provide the yukata, which is common for ryokans of this class? Also, the lack of towels in the bathing area was not convenient. As this is my first ryokan experience, I was very impressed and satisfied with the overall experience. The outdoor private onsen was great. The highlight was the level of service provided by the staff. They were very helpful and ensured our meal adhered to our dietary needs. Would visit again.
