"We have mixed reviews of our stay. The hotel is located in a prime spot on the Bay. I paid extra to get a room directly on the Bay. The view was wonderful. Our room was clean and our attendant ensured we were satisfied. We used the spa services and the attendants in the spa were amazing!!! I definitely recommend their spa services. "One of the best guest experiences I have ever had. Fulvio, the owner is kind, hospitable, talented, and detail oriented. The rooms have every detail that you need. The balcony and Jacuzzi have an amazing view over the valley and the town of chiavari. Fulvio also made recommendations for the area that were perfecto!! his house is a short drive of the hills from the main town. It is quiet and peaceful, and takes you away from the crowds when you are ready to relax for the evening."
