"A good choice in Levanto. Property and staff are very nice and ready to assist. The shuttle service is 10/10. Always there and ready in good time. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are really dated. Easy walk to the train station if you’re home base for the Cinque Terre is Levanto, which I would highly recommend."

"Hotel Vis a Vis is absolutely gorgeous! I am truly overwhelmed with its beauty and the amazing staff. The front desk staff are so welcoming with outstanding customer service. The view from the rooftop is beyond imagination-one of the most beautiful views in Italy. Maurizio at the restaurant is just incredible. The food delicious. Due to train strike , Laura arranged Khalid to drive me to Rapollo. She and he have outstanding care for the customer, along with Maurizio, entire front desk, bar manager and staff-everyone truly above n beyond!"
