An comfortable and cozy place, 100m from the free beach, situated in the heart of Genoveze Riviera. The rooms are clean, equipped with boxspring beds, there is also an optional breakfast. Sadly the grill restaurant didn't made it through the Coronavirus pandemics but once it was great. I recommend the hotel to stay in Riva Trigoso!

In posizione tranquilla, ho fatto fatica a parcheggiare l’auto, la villa si trova sopra un ristorante,il check-in è stato fatto dal cameriere/receptionist mentre serviva al tavolo del ristorante, camera pulita, tipicamente ligure, ricorda la colonia estiva,che facevo da bambino!

Great location, service and price

Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins. Air con, quiet area and did I mention vincenzo! What a legend. Would thoroughly recommend.

Posizione eccellente 2 minuti dal mare dove c'è una ampia spiaggia e un meraviglioso mare bella vista ma lo sarebbe ancora di più se non ci fosse un cantiere che copre vista di mezza montagna servizio pulizia ospitalità eccellente

Manager sympa.

Le rapport qualité prix est quasi correct. Il n'y a pas de parking et le batiment est un peu largué. Dans la chambre le toilette n'était pas très bien nettoyé (beaucoup de poussière vieillie et au sur les coins de la chambre). Petit déjeuner avec des croissants un peu vieux... on sentait qu'ils n'étaient pas fait le jour même. Sinon le manager est très accueillants et sympa.

great clean hotel near the beach, helpful staff.

arrived at the hotel for 4 nights with a car, which unfortunately is not a good idea as no parking. The manager was very kind and gave us his parking space which was very generous. We didn't want to take his space for 4 days so we did find some parking out on the streets but Parking is a big problem in the area. Apart from that we had great time at Casa per Ferie Villa Pozzi

Grazioso hotel a due passi dalla spiaggia,dalla fermata del bus e a servizi come market e ristoranti.0)pulito ma con mancanza di un piccolo frigo e phon.La colazione in sostanza buona ma potrebbe essere piu' varia aggiungendo anche il salato.
