I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. "Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast has many options and kept up well, location is perfect for hiking and other activities in the area, parking was very easy, the room was a bit tight on space but all the other positive things made this not a problem. "

"This hotel has the best view of the lake I have ever seen, I was in awe when I stepped out on my patio! I could have sat there for days! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms and property are showing their age (a little), but the staff and the views are well worth going here."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Our room had been recently updated and had a patio. We were surrounded by mountains. Our room had a view of 4 waterfalls coming through the mountains. The breakfast was delicious. It included specialty coffees and provided for my dietary needs (gluten and dairy intolerant). It has a lovely pool and great amenities. A complimentary bus is provided for visiting surrounding towns."
