A fantastic location in the middle of nature, a great lodge with a swimming pool, a nice pool bar and a marvelous view from every cottage...

Customer service from the staff was outstanding. All of our meals were delicious, and the chef even came out to say hello and introduce himself. Rooms had everything you need. The grounds were a perfect place for a relaxing afternoon after touring the dunes (Sossusvlei tour booked through the hotel was excellent as well)!

Overall the property was nice. A few things though, you can’t drive up to your hut to unload your belongings so with suitcases etc it’s abit of a hike especially when your assigned the furthest away hut. There was a split heater up on the wall but it took awhile to heat up. There is no tap on the sink for hot heater in the washroom just cold and everything is ran on solar power so our showers were cold all the time. Food was decent and friendly staff.

Schöne Lodge, mit alten Materialen gebaute Chalets, schöne Lage (Weitsicht), Anfahrt etwas schwierig da teils sehr schlechte Strassen. Pool und Poolplätze etwas unterdimensioniert für die Anzahl Gäste

Impressionnant, dépaysant, géant, en gros on a adoré, l'hôtel, la découverte de Sossuslvei et le vol jusqu'à l'océan. Tout ça réservé à l'accueil de l'hôtel.

Trotz angeblicher Check in - Zeit von 14 - 20 Uhr war um 15 Uhr niemand an der Reception noch per Telefon erreichbar. Darum mussten wir kurzfristig etwas anderes buchen. So etwas geht gar nicht!
