"This is a very good hotel and well worth repeat visits. In the hills with outstanding views. To go to the village or seaside resorts down the hill you need to use a car. Long distance, narrow and no footpath makes walking impossible. The local bus service should be avoided. Infrequent and I have been on more comfortable roller coasters. "This was a last minute booking and my budget was small so my expectations were not very high. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered! Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."
