"Als wir ankamen wurden wir von dem Besitzer herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die komplette Anlage gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit Süßem und Herzhaftem. Täglich wurde ein neuer Frühstückskuchen herbei gezaubert. Verschiedene Specials wurden Angeboten u.a. ein Wein tasting und das Toskanische Dinner. Beide haben wir mehr als genossen. Anna präsentierte uns ihre Lieblingsweine, dazu reichte man uns...

"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"We had such a great stay. The room was super clean and the breakfast was great! Their pancakes and cappuccinos were sooooo good ! And last but not least their staff was so friendly and helpful ! They recommended the best restaurants in town! Helped us with the taxis and even with one of our trains that got cancelled ! Special Thanks to Rita, John, Leiann and Jorex ! "Hip hotel in Florence. It’s an eclectic mix of students and tourists at the hotel. The location is convenient. A short walk to the train station and easy access to historic Florence. The free laundry machines were a nice bonus in the middle of our trip through Italy."

"I cannot say enough compliments for the staff / especially at the front desk. A major thank you to Gene who helped me when I lost my sunglasses. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a nice bar area and a good breakfast. A welcome drink was a very nice touch."

"The location was great, easy access to the train station and all the popular spots in Florence. We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious, however the shower was designed poorly so a lot of water leaked every time we bathed. Breakfast buffet was standard. Towels provided were extremely old/thin/raggedy and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Overall probably won’t stay here again but will give stars for the good location and spacious room."
