"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. "What really stood out at Regina Isabella was the service. The staff always remembered us and were so helpful and friendly. We loved laying out on the jetty and the food at the restaurant by the pool was some of the best we had during our stay. Breakfast was also incredible. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again! "
