The room we booked was not available on our date due to construction but guest services contacted me ahead of time and made accommodations that we were happy with and included an extra welcome gift. Hotel Dega
2. Initial check in had to go through 3 rooms in order to get the type of room I paid for. 2. This place should have designated rooms for smoking/ dogs. Or they should state online that that all rooms are smoking rooms and pet rooms. I would not have stayed if I had known that.
