"I really enjoyed staying at Gena's Inn. I stayed in the cabins, which I would consider a step above "glamping," which is exactly what I was looking for. This is a great location, about 30 minutes outside of the Kings Canyon entrance to SEKI. I appreciated the ease of access and thorough directions provided prior to check-in. The food at the restraurant was quite tasty as well! I would easily stay again!"

"Excellent communication with the host. They provided good details before arrival. Easy check in at the office. 30 mins from king's canyon entrance. House is spacious, but old, keep your expectations as such. Beds were comfortable. Sliding doors to the patio could use some maintenance to fix the lock and seal the daft. House got warm during the day and it took quiet long in the afternoon to cool the house. Flock of turkeys on the patio were fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed at this hotel while visiting Sequoia National Park. The hotel is located 12 minutes from the park entrance which allowed us to visit the Visitor center and Balanced rock the same evening we arrived. Parking is free, common area is clean, spacious and bright. Breakfast area is big and breakfast is very yummy, waffles were our favorite, as well as yogurts and oranges. Would be nice to have plain oatmeal as an option to flavored variety offered. The outdoor activities stretch beyond just the pool which was awesome and popular among guests. Kids had a choice to play axe throwing, corn hole, jenga, connect four which were right next to the pool. Hot tub was very nice and let us cool off after a day of hiking while enjoying great mountain view. Housekeeping was nice and replaced towels as requested. Highly recommend and would stay again."
