"The room was very clean and amenities were okay. Hot tub drain got stuck and couldn't be drained. I called the staff and it was very late for anyone to come out and help, but I was disappointed that it got stuck in the first place. Two lamps were in the room, both of which were not working. One lamp's socket was flawed, so once we switched the socket, it worked. The bedside one was too close to the wall for us to check what the issue was. But the button didn't work. Overall I wish the property manager and housekeeping checks everything in rooms before giving the room out to people. The view from the room was no doubt, breathtaking!"
