"When I arrived staff was very nice and it was a quick check in. The room was very clean."

"We were very pleased with the room layout of Room 321.The staff was upbeat, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the cafeteria help was pleasant as well. Overall a pleasant visit and ifin the area gain, I would revisit."

"The only reason we go often to this place is the indoor jacuzzi and pool. The jacuzzi has’t been working the last 2 stays and this time was completely out of service. The pool even tho it’s supposed to be heated it’s freezing and dirty. The shower in our suite was leaking and it’s so loud kept me and my husband up all night. Our refrigerator was leaking dirty water inside and all our food got wet and we all got sick the next two days. We believe was from this. This is a sanitation hazard. I communicate all that to the staff and they really nicely told me they will tell the manager. Management never even contacted me. I wanted a refund to find another place that fulfill my family’s needs. Or a compensation for next visit whe everything has been fixed to not have this image and bad opinion from this place but no response. Breakfast was good and staff working at the kitchen was nice and super friendly. I think was the only good part. Not enough towels in the room, shampoo and conditioner empty. Not extra pillow or bending in the closets. I called room service and the phone wasn’t working. I had to ask front desk and they took 2 hours to get us extra bedding. So bad experience."

"The t v remote did not work most of the time the hot tub was not very hot and the bubbles didn't work. And the jets did not work when you closed the hotel. Door to your room, there's a huge crack which lets in cold air at nighttime. Who's very noisy and hard to sleep?Thank gosh, I brought my ear plugs. The bed was very noisy.Every time you roll over, it makes a loud noise."

"Terrible place. Tooo much noisy during all day and night. Guests leave their door open and make parties and the hotel doesn’t do anything about it. Breakfast = heart attack"

"Hotel and room clean staff were very helpful and friendly. Faucets need maintenance kitchen and bathroom. Ice makers were not working on three floors. I was able to get ice from the dining room. "
