Room service was delivered by a robot and arrived timely and hot. The room service food options were limited but. delicious. A full dining room buffet was also available. A small grocery/convenience store in the hotel was very convenient. Limo bus service was timely on the published schedule and readily available."

"An excellent option for travelers who need to stay near the Incheon Airport. I didn't need to use the shuttle service since the hotel is next to the Unseo Station (Subway). To be honest, the room was better than expected and a lifesaver. I definitely recommend this hotel; the room has a kitchen and a laundry machine. "
