"This place is very difficult to find. The phone number on hotels.com is not registered with the address, so it will be difficult to locate even when using GPS. By public bus, I think the bus only operates twice a day and probably does not operate on Sundays. it is just a waste that such a wonderful experience was hampered by the difficulty to look for the location. "I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were great! This hotel was a tremendous value for the money. If I visit Jeju again (which I hope to do), I would definitely stay here again."
