"After the drive from Pisa airport, the drive up the 4km track led to a most stunning property. We were immediately welcomed by Stefano (and two cold beers!) and the hospitality continued throughout our stay. The five course Tuscan dinner every evening was worth every cent and how amazing were the team in making sure everything was perfect?! The pool was beautiful with stunning views. Truly an incredible location, breakfast, hosts, staff and home-grown, home-made food and drink. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!"

"Our one-week stay at this villa from the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The highlight of our stay was the restaurants both breakfast and dinner. Without question, Every meal was outstanding, with incredible flavors, beautifully prepared dishes, and an atmosphere that made every dinner memorable. What truly set this property apart, however, was the people. The service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The front desk staff made us feel welcome and to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The restaurant team provided impeccable service at every meal, and the owner was gracious, genuinely caring, and clearly passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience. If you're looking for a place that has world-class dining, and truly exceptional hospitality, this villa is second to none. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. "Simone', runs a great little bed and breakfast. He is always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. His breakfast setup was great and a great way for us to start our day. It is about a 8 minute walk to the town center where there are a number of restaurants."

"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location is perfect for visiting Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, and beautiful vineyards, all within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and am certain you won't be disappointed."
