"This hotel shouldn't be Expedia, there are multiple reasons why. On going construction in the building and guests are unable to sleep during the day. Because of the banging and drilling noise, I hadn’t slept in two days so asked front desk for refund for the next two days so i can find a different accommodation, they told me there is nothing they can do and wont issue a refund. I was told these construction are for you, the guest so you can stay in a nicer room. (I have videos and pictures and will be posting them on google review as well) If they had construction planned they should’ve emailed guests in advance and gave them the opportunity to decide if they’re willing to stay while construction is ongoing in the building. Had multiple issues with the bathroom, switched room and had the same issue. First bathroom was overflowing shower and they fixed it and didn't solve the issue, second bathroom was leaking water from the toilet and they had to come 5 different times within 1 hour to fix the issue. Rude female employee behind the counter who gives attitude if you ask questions about your bill. Everyone should avoid this hotel and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business in the near future. This was my 3rd visit at this hotel and will be my last."

"Staffs are good, rooms are good as i am executives for JPMorgan they came into see me, breakfast was good, only i wanted to keep some food in their refrigerator to bring to us, they dint give me permission initially and i had to keep at family members house "

"We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was an option for this."

"I will stay here again. The welcoming attitude and politeness of the staff stands out.The room was quiet, cool and the bed comfortable. I used the wifi in my room a lot and it was up to the job. The location is a safe area, near the diplomatic quarter and close to a main commercial hub. The route to and from the airport is via the highway"

"5 star hotel didn’t provide 5 star experience. Food at the hotel restaurant is overpriced. Bathroom shower needs updating. mosquitos in the room which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Disappointed with hotel staff. "
