During the check-in process no information was provided either about additional charges like parking or hours for breakfast. After my departure, I had a billing issue and called the hotel a few days later and was once again confronted with a very rude front-desk staff. It was a pleasant surprise to interact with a professional and friendly accounting staff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel mainly due to the staff. "

"Arrived early and since room was available we were allowed to check in 3 hrs earlier. Which helped us rest and start our journey earlier. Room was cold I changed heat but when I returned room was still cold. I did not call reception to find out if it could be fixed."
