"These folks are busy and Vincente still makes a very nice breakfast. The pizza at the truck down the road is a great option for dinner on the terrace. Check out the unusual goats next door and the Spar market has WARM baguettes in the morning across the street. Ask for “Une baguette, s’il vous plait” and enjoy! This lodge was MUCH further than I expected on extremely windy roads from Cannes and through Grasse but it was beautiful. The Val du Saint Thierry has a great farmer’s market on Sunday...

"Easy parking outside in parade of shops. Close to nature walk and lake - restaurants nearby were not open (Wednesday) so we walked for 30 mins to nearby town Vollonne for evening meal."

"I had a very friendly greeting by the host and she gave me great advice for a beautiful hike at Verdon gorge. The property is very charming and surrounded by wonderful scenery.
