The place had thin walls so you could hear the people in the hallway and they can hear the things coming from your room. The walls to the outside and also thin so you can hear the street and the crows around the hotel.

定禅寺通りに面していて交通の便もよく飲食店も近くにありよいので何度か利用させていただいてます。建物自体は古いので外部の騒音や通路での会話等は聞こえますが泊まるだけであれば問題ないと思います。

ここは、東北で一番の繁華街とされてる国分町の端っこにあって、夜遊びが好きな方にはぴったりの場所です。ただ古いですが、リフォームもされててそこまで不便さはなかったので、安ければいいホテルですね。
