Nous sommes arrivés en dépanneuse, fatigués, découragés, et elle a su nous réconforter. Cela a été précieux, nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite apaisés et accueillis. Très bien placé dans une petite ville intéressante. Hôtel au calme, un peu vieillot mais nous le savions avant, d'où le prix abordable à notre avis. Très bon accueil. Personnel agréable. Parking difficile à trouver.

Central mais d'accès compliqué

nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée et la localisation de l'hôtel, en centre ville et présentée comme un + , nous a semblé être au contraire un handicap : mauvaise signalétique, un plan de circulation en centre-ville qui rend très compliqué l'accès au parking . Quand on parvient au voisinage de celui-ci, la configuration des lieux décourage l'automobiliste : la ruelle d'acces s'étrangle, pas de signalisation encourageant l'automobiliste à poursuivre,mais un panneau "sans issue" et le portail d'entrée ne semble pas avoir été prévu pour le passage de berlines familiales. En dehors de cela, accueil sympathique et petit-déjeuner copieux dans un établissement ancien, qui gagnerait beaucoup à être sérieusement rafraichi... Remarque : alors que l'hôtel était très peu fréquenté, pourquoi nous retrouver dans une chambre sans vue attractive sur l'environnement?

Very friendly reception. We arrived late because our GPS sent us to the wrong location, so be careful with the directions . After getting some help sorting that out we arrived. The room was very nice. The town is wonderful. Would recommend.

The property itself is nice and situated in the downtown area so it is close to a number of sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the room at booking was given as 73 Euros per night. At checkout, I was charged 106 Euros per night. I am not sure whether I missed something in the initial offer, but it seemed a little unusual. At checkout, the staff did not have the knowledge to explain. I did not have a copy of the original offer either.

Not much English spoken, so practice your French. Claimed they had difficulty finding our Hotels.com reservation, but eventually honored it (a little fishy, but maybe just some incompetence/translation difficulties). Car parking and wifi good. Clean rooms. Centrally located. No A/C. Unfortunately we were there during a record breaking heat wave.
