The hot tub was broken. I know things happen but we would have booked elsewhere had we known beforehand and they knew when we booked and when we checked in that it was not working.

We had a handicap accessible room. Not on purpose but it your considering it, it was fine but the bathroom can be very slick. The hot tub at this lication was very hot and very small. Room had roaches . Was due a refund never reviewed it was due a full refund I have picture of roaches.. they lied about a full refund after not sending it and then tried to offer to refund half of the night.
