"Bare bones experience. No heat the first night. The electric heater in the room wasn’t strong enough to make a difference. Spiders and webs everywhere. The pillows were like rocks and we could feel the springs coming through the mattress. Bathrooms on the first floor. Bedrooms on the second floor. Understand what you’re renting before you go. This is a no frills stay. "

"I was just out of luck, that’s all. Their system messed up my dates. Then room I was sent to was dirty. Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). Good thing about the place - it’s in safe neighborhood as accommodation I stayed on Friday downtown Skopje, my car was broken into and my very expensive shoes and sample case got stolen. "This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. The hotel is in a good location, the picture shows a barista, not true, very disappointed"

"This is a very nice modern hotel located close to the center of Tetovo. There is a parking lot next to the hotel and the area is very walkable. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and multilingual. The free breakfast was excellent as well. I would highly recommend and have only good things to say"
