"Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill. Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children."

It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. The facilities were beautiful, tranquil, and impeccably maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The spa treatments I received were outstanding, and the staff were professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel luxurious and rejuvenating. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, and every member of the staff was welcoming and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The peaceful mountain setting, exceptional amenities, delicious breakfast, and first-class spa experience made this one of the most relaxing and enjoyable places we've ever stayed. "The breakfast was AMAZING. The pool was AMAZING but closed at 7pm, which is much earlier than we are used to in the US. The only issue I had was that when I booked through Expedia, I chose the specific room that I wanted. When I arrived, they had switched me to a different room based on the number of people in my reservation. My room was supposed to be for four people, even though there were only two of us on the reservation. Since I had booked a bigger room, I invited my other cousin to join us at the last minute, but they had switched us to a two person room and charged an extra $25 for an extra bed."

"The resort is beautiful and located in top of a small mountain overlooking the city of Sparti and olive groves. It’s an easy drive to town and most local attractions. It is a locally owned hotel and the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Demetrios and Gianna and the entire staff were extremely helpful in organizing a large family dinner for 25 and everyone was impressed with the food, the location and staff. We highly recommend the hotel!"
