"At check in I had an issue with my room which was all resolved and I was upgraded. Dildara at the desk made the entire process really smooth she went up and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and checked in on me to ensure I was still happy. This made my entire stay extremely pleasant. Customer service is excellent. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Room was of a great size it was cleaned regularly water was replaced daily too as well as teas and coffees. Breakfast was great. This was my 2nd time staying here and there definitely will be a Third. "

Has electric car charging for electric cars and plenty of private and secured parking. Highly recommended. This hotel is new so everything is fresh and new and the location is perfect. "The property is convenient for the centre of town, but in a very poor condition. They are extending the hotel across the road and working late into the night keeping us awake. The breakfast was poor and the general cost was high considering the facilities provided. We were bitten by bed bugs and would certainly not recommend this hotel in its current state."
