"We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. "Super recomendo! Como era flat não estava contando com limpeza e serviço de quarto mas no meio da estadia foi supreendido com esse serviço o que fez toda a diferença. O rooftop é lindo, piscinas quentes, algumas tardes teve até DJ com música muita boa para sair do sertanejo que não aguentava mais. Lavanderia no sub solo ajudou muito.
