The pool water was extremely cold, wish they would’ve of heated it since we were there in the end of April. The Spa always had women sitting around & when I would try to book an appointment, they always said there were no openings. Very disappointed

Great hotel but the main reason we booked was for the pool and it is only open in ‘summertime’. It was 24 degrees when we were there and it wasn’t clear when booking that it wouldn’t be open.
