They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "
