By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "No AC. We did have a balcony. Had to leave all the windows open. The room was stuffy and the bed uncomfortable. I do like visiting Europe to see the sights. But it feels like I am living in 1950,s America as a kid. No AC, small room, no ice, noise outside, windows open. Wake up Europe its the 21st century."

"Staff were quite good and helpful . Rooms were a good size . Tv was up to date .convenient to have to free access to city travel by trains and bus that the hotel offers and station adjacent to the hotel . A couple things I would like to have had would be a Safe in the room for our valuables another would be a coffee machine rather than buying one from lobby or adjacent property. If your like me I have my coffee before I go anywhere in the morning . Overall all it was a nice stay ."

"We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station."

"The room was quite small for 4 people, and we had to sleep with phones being recharged with cords across pillows due to lack of outlets. I didn't know there were common rooms until the next morning, due to the virtual check-in experience, but the woman monitoring the breakfast area was helpful and pleasant, and came up with me when my door remained locked. I missed having a proper reception desk though. Décor in rooms by...IKEA?"
