"Family-run hotel where the staff were fantastic - helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to the rail station if arriving by train as we did. Good breakfast. Hot food was limited although eggs cooked to order. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend!"

"We booked this room last minute on the way through Austria and had a request of 2 extra pillows. By the time we checked in less than an our later the room was ready and already had the two pillows in the room. Very efficient and the fronts desk staff was very helpful. Great location is a beautiful town."

"The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike. Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making the area look inviting. Location is excellent. Right in the heart of the town with good access to shops and ski slopes. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come again. It had everything that we needed."
