After our long-haul journey from New York City, Adhil ensured a swift and seamless check-in, honoring our request for a Lotus Tower view and making the entire process efficient and stress-free. A special shout-out to the transportation coordination team, who ensured that all our local transfers were punctual and smooth. A shout out to the transportation and F&B team for the phenomenal job done. The team on June 3rd was among the best I’ve encountered in my global travels as a frequent traveler. "
