"The room was spacious, warm and inviting, with comfortable bed and seating areas, and a balcony with spectacular views. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide selection. The associated restaurant has extraordinary dining. Your hosts are most welcoming and helpful with recommendations for the area. "My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there.
To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless...
