"Very helpful staff. Had one person arriving earlier then the couple. Was able to keep the room in my name, on my card and allowed my early guest to check in early. They did that easy. Much appreciated by all involved"

"Breakfast had sliced smoked sausage for the meat which to us is not a breakfast meat. You could tell eggs were probably frozen that had been warmed up. The shower's caulking needed to be redone beacause it was starting to mold in the corners "

"The room we got when we checked in was gross, they moved us to another room but I got the “ick” from the first room and had a hard time getting over it. The hotel is old and you definitely get what you pay for. My kids enjoyed the pool and the walk way around it was slick so that was a positive thing."

"Lobby was beautiful, loved the king sized beds but having a stove in the room next to the bed without an air vent was troubling. Couldn’t cook something without the room getting Smokey. The shower head was terrible in the tub. The water barely came out and I didn’t feel as clean as I should when getting out. There was only one working elevator that everyone shared and it was very out dated. The buttons showing the floors wouldn’t light up so you didn’t know if you were going up or down. Staff were friendly and the parking was good. Did not get the chance to eat breakfast so couldn’t really put a review on that."

"The staff were efficient, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, well laid out, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and food was good. Bath towels were small and only two provided. Sliding door on bathroom not flush impacting privacy and noise. Breakfast was good and had quite a selection. Coffee was good but cups very small. Room prices fair considering this was a graduation weekend. Overall good stay. "

"We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has worked great however this year we had several issues. In the past we have used this hotel partly because they provide a free shuttle to the airport. This year their shuttle has been out of commission for several weeks and so we had to pay for an Uber. We also stay here because they allow a Park and Fly benefit that allows us to leave our car there for 7 days while we are gone. They did allow it, but called and left us a message during our vacation saying they were considering calling the Police about our car in the lot. It worried me, but after a phone call they assured us it was fine - it was just alarming. I should have made it clear we were leaving our car in the lot. The other unfortunate issue was they didn't have hot water the night before we were flying out. We didn't have time to make other arrangements. It didn't cause us too much of a problem because we were just sleeping and waking early to catch our flight. But upon arrival 7 days later after our vacation and staying there again before driving home, the hot water was still out!! I will be doing some shopping around next year before our vacation."
