"Well situated on high hilltop great view of lake . Property has gated entrance . Seems like a safe environment. No air con it was quite hot when we were there those accustomed to air con would not be comfortable . those that do not need tempature control would find it a safe clean well situated venue"
"On our way from Cape Town to the wonderful Pure Nature Lodge in Paterson we stopped twice at The Old Trading Post for one night stop-over. "The place has a great view of the ocean, but the rooms are disappointing for the price you pay as there are none of the regular items you'd expect, such as a microwave or ice trays.
