"i'm 35 years old and I have never been this kind of property in my whole life. I have traveled a lot. But the Hotel is one of the best hotel in my life. And you covered your money with just Namaste. "Exceptional care and hospitality was provided by the staff! We had an elderly family member staying alone for a day, and the staff went above and beyond, from a smooth check-in and escorting them to the room, to assisting with breakfast and lunch. They also helped with the luggage and arranged a taxi to Delhi T3, ensuring they were dropped right at the airline counter. It was incredibly reassuring to know they were in such caring hands. Wonderful staff and truly outstanding service!"

"I’ve stayed at 100s of 5-star hotels over the years, but the hospitality at Pullman Aerocity just stood out. The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive and helpful 24/7. The entire experience, from the airport pickup and seamless check-in to handling all my luggage, was effortless. I was travelling with my dog, which can sometimes make hotel stays a little complicated, but here it was incredibly easy. They were literalg pet-friendly and even had a separate chef-curated menu for dogs, which was such a lovely touch. The food was another highlight. Hotel buffets, even at 5-star properties, can sometimes feel average, but everything I tried here was genuinely good with an incredible variety. The rooms and facilities were squeaky clean and the spa, pool and gym make it just as good for a staycation. It’s also only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. Great hospitality, great food, great facilities and excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
