"We booked this after travelling for 6+ hours. The confirmation was sent to us and no one was there to check us in at 2am. You shouldn’t allow people to book your hotel rooms if you’re unable to check anyone in especially at that time. I did not recommend and would not consider this property."

"We stayed at this property for one night in Aug 2024! Beautiful hotel with a huge

! However, we arrived at 12pm and they didn’t let us use the
pool
until we officially checked in at 3pm. It was a little annoying trying to fill the 3 hour gap. There is a local beach just 3 minutes away that had good pizza! The town nearby was so cute and vibey but finding a taxi in this area was nearly impossible. Would stay here again. "

The wall between the 2 tower rooms is so thin that you can clearly hear the conversations in the next room. This is very confusing. The room is dark, the ceiling height is low. There is no wifi in the room."

"My family and I stayed for a week at Le Zarafe. The owners were all very friendly. The rooms were all of a good size, even the singles had double beds, and were cleaned every day. There was a good variety of toiletries and a non-slip mat in the shower which I appreciated. Breakfast was very generous and the menu varied each day. The only drawback for me, as an older visitor, was the swimming pool did not have a safety rail to assist getting in and out, but the pool area was very clean and there were plenty of loungers and parasols, there was also a shaded area with tables and chairs to sit in the evening or when it was too hot."
