Just OK & bring your own towels and soap

Ok at best. The location (2 Mako Dr.) was fine, but the AC failed the 1st night and the cottage was 88 degrees. Maintenance fixed it quickly, but the next day I received a call that another maintenance person was in the cottage (while I was away) and didn't see a issue. The bath towels were horrible (see through) and their was no soap, but I did appreciate having a washer and dryer. Lastly, check in and check out was awkward as everyone seemed busier on the phone. All in all, decent stay but I am not likely to return - just wasn't for me.

It was fabulous. The resort is kept pristine with the maintenance crew manicuring the grass, bushes and flowers throughout the property. The residents are friendly. We did have a mix-up with an added-on night and had to stay at another hotel the first night.

The property is very well kept up with nice landscaping. Its very quiet and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. Much better alternative than a hotel. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The appliances were fine but the couch was a little dated. No internet in the cottage but I really didn't miss it that much. There is wifi at the pool area and laundromat. The pool was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a very pleasant experience with our stay at Buttonwood Bay. The cottage that we stayed in was very nicely furnished. Will definitely consider staying there again when traveling back to Sebring. Both staff and residents were very friendly.

Buttonwood

Quiet location five miles south of Sebring. As elsewhere in FL, one must be ready to spend time with cockroaches. The cottage we viewed was nice but we were assigned to another that reeked of cigarette smoke. But there was everything else that a resident could need including washer-dryer, TV, dishes, glasses, etc. Quite nice moderate accommodations.

A little house, in a little RV community

This was a rental of a little one-bedroom trailer house, set on a pad in a place full of of them in various forms. It had a full kitchen, a shower, but no bath tub. Very nice overall save for a truly mushy bed, and a TV which got the HD channels not in HD. There are two pools, one quite close, both heated in the summer which makes them too warm to be refreshing. There are other kinds of facilities, laundry, pickleball, etc. It is off a big state highway so you have to be game for getting into fast traffic, but it is an easy drive in and out of Sebring proper

I loved it and will hopefully stay here again.

This is a little double wide with everything you need in a well kept and tidy park. Very limited parking but the home was very comfortable and clean located a couple miles outside of town. I didn't use the pool but it looked awesome. This appeared to be mostly a senior community which meant very quiet evenings for us.

Vi ville opleve noget af USA der var lidt anderledes end det man normalt ser. Vi kan godt lide at opleve det autentiske USA, og det er denne RV-park meget velegnet til. På pladsen bor der stort set kun amerikanere. De er meget imødekommende og man føler sig på alle måder velkommen. Man kan deltage i de ting der bliver arrangeret bl.a. linedance, pokerturnering og vandaerobic. Vi købte fiskestænger og fiskede meget fra molen. Vores "cabin" var ny og ren og indeholdt alt hvad man skal bruge. Området er landligt og uden de store seværdigheder. Dog kan det anbefales at besøge den nærtliggende statspark og at besøge det lokale loppemarked. Personalet var meget venligt og imødekommende.

home away from home.

We checked in late, after the office closed for the night, but our keys ænd map to the house were waiting. The staff was courteous, and the room was exactly as advertised (one bedroom bungalow, central air, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and cable TV, practically brand new construction). Pools, bocce court, lake dock, mini golf, billiards, and more, all free to play. Residents were extremely friendly. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean, well appointed, great staff!

Needing a place to stay while my daughter was getting married in Sebring FL, we booked a "cottage" at this RV resort. Nice little manufactured single wide with all the things needed for a extended stay. Amazingly clean, NO bugs (rare for Florida), no ill odors - all looking like it was show room ready. The outside was adorable, with a little porch with ceiling fan and chairs and end table. Staff took us to our cottage and introduced us to the various appliances how-to's and gave us all sorts of helpful info on the things to do there, shuffleboard, tennis, swimming (2) pools, bocce ball, community center, fishing, pool room. Cottage was bright and sunny and so clean! The grounds are very well kept, like a brochure photo! It was off season while we were there, so pretty quiet. We loved it there and I would happily stay there again.
