"Very clean, helpful staff, absolutely excellent restaurant, very atypical in my experience, very nice pool, and very close to Monte Carlo and Port Hercule with an excellent hourly free shuttle. Our only complaint, which I believe is normal for France, is the air-conditioning truly was barely adequate; do not expect a strong current in your room. However, neither was the room stifling. We had an excellent view of the port of Cap d’Ail. Overall, well worth the cost."

"This was my second visit to the Royal Hotel which I was looking forward to! On arrival no recognition for it being my second visit- no welcome message or fruit etc in the room! Staff are great especially the pool team and the breakfast team! The room i had was the same as last time- I asked if I could have a late chexk out at 2pm and told no!! I still love the hotel but it could do better to recognise returning guests!"

"Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast full buffet was 12 euros but was totally worth it. I loved the bed, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were super helpful. We loved that water (including sparkling water), coffee and tea were included."
