Room clean and appealing due to its close proximity to Westquay shopping centre, Mayflower Theatre, cruise ships at Southampton harbour and rail links from Southampton central to london and other key cities. Hotel is nicely presented as high star rating but with robust values. Highly recommend and would definitely again"

"We had a nice one night stay here. It has everything you expect of a Holiday Inn but the breakfast was much nicer than most. It was a hot cooked breakfast served buffet style with plenty of options. The room was large and quiet with a comfy bed. "

Staff were really helpful and friendly (which makes all the difference) If your looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you. It is what it is for the price. "Hotel has a modern design, comfortable beds and great location for those cruising out of City Cruise terminal (walkable distance to terminal with luggage). For a small fee, you can travel to the Southampton train station and make a day trip to Stonehenge or Bath. Great food inside the hotel's restaurant and breakfast selection was plentiful. "
