"Property was conveniently located. Walk to the North End, Freedom Trail and the Aquarium. The only compliant was the coffee shop on the property did not open until 7 AM. I was able to park at the garage by the Aquarium for 1/3 less than the Valet at the hotel. It was a short walk from the garage to the hotel."

"The front desk was very efficient at running a very busy hotel and airport transportation center. The only think I wish I knew in advance was that parking in the hotel lot was an additional cost. That was not clear until as I was checking in."

"The place is modern quiet clean and beautiful , we took a connecting room that we request at the lobby 1king and 2 queen beds , the rooms were clean, comfy , the size was okay for a familly of 6, they need to make some work in the bathroom toilets did not flush well ,take a long time to have hot water to take a shower ,no free breakfast ,mini fridge is just enough to keep water ,no microwave in room ,only downstairs which i didn't like we had to go heating the kids food there all the time. Staff were excellent I'd stay here again. "
